The free ATS scan costs nothing. The paid AI Resume Rewrite is a one-time digital purchase processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
14-day refund
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email saas.dashboardiai@outlook.com with your Paddle receipt or the email you used to buy, and we will arrange the refund. You can also request it through Paddle at paddle.net.
If something goes wrong
If the rewrite fails or you were charged but could not receive your result, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
What we cannot promise
We do not guarantee interviews or job offers. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5–10 business days.
